Return Eligibility

Luxuryaohigh accepts returns of unused garden lighting and irrigation products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Luxuryaohigh customer service at helpdesk@luxuryaohigh.world or through our contact page. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Return Conditions

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Complete with all original packaging and materials
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Installation services that have been completed

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, Luxuryaohigh will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Luxuryaohigh will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement. Please contact Luxuryaohigh customer service with your warranty claim, including proof of purchase and description of the issue.
